Administration Officer

Citizens Advice Fareham are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and flexible person to join their team in a non-client facing versatile role that supports the day-to-day operations of the organisation.  This will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings and maintaining office organisation, updating and maintaining accurate records.  Assist with event and project planning, procurement of office supplies including IT and provide basic technical support to all staff.  Own transport is desirable. 


Location: Fareham


Salary: £12.21ph depending on experience


Hours per week: 16-20 hrs pw, (Worked between 09:30-14:30, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday preferred, but open to discussion).


Type of Contract: 18 months fixed term
